Thrush can be treated on the day at your local pharmacy through the NHS Pharmacy First scheme. If you have been told by a pharmacist that your thrush symptoms are unable to be treated through Pharmacy First, or if you are more vulnerable to complications (e.g. you’re under 16 or over 60, you’re currently pregnant or breastfeeding or you have a weakened immune system), please proceed with this form.
